This theme depicts the Comprehensive Plan designations for Kootenai County as it existed in March of 1999.  For more information regarding updated Comprehensive Plan information, see the Comprehensive Plan section of the Kootenai County website at http://www.co.kootenai.id.us/departments/planning/comprehensiveplan.asp.

This data includes an ArcView 3.x legend file (complan.avl) that should be used for thematic display in order to be consistent with the map on file with the Kootenai county Planning Department.  This shapefile was created from an AutoCAD drawing file, and contains miscellaneous attributes created automatically during conversion.
