Procedures_Used: 1. In 1989, Michael Ciscell digitized city/town locales
from 1:500,000 BLM map. He attributed point locations with names (from
500K BLM map) and population (ca 1980) from Idaho State Highway Map. 2. ca
1990, Bob Harmon overlayed the cities coverage with the county coverage to
append the county location attribute (name) to each city. 3. ca 1991, Bob
Harmon and David Palmer updated the population information with 1990
census data.
